About Team Leadership
Leading a team today requires more than a title. It requires the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, navigate conflict, and adapt your leadership approach to real people and real situations. Miranda Hawk is an educator, instructional designer, and communication consultant who brings nearly three decades of experience in teaching. Miranda specializes in communication pedagogy and human-centered course design. She is the founder of Creative Discourse, a consulting practice that helps educators and professionals use research-based strategies to improve clarity, connection, and engagement, especially in virtual and asynchronous settings.
