About Team Leadership

Leading a team today requires more than a title. It requires the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, navigate conflict, and adapt your leadership approach to real people and real situations. Miranda specializes in communication pedagogy and human-centered course design.  She is the founder of Creative Discourse, a consulting practice that helps educators and professionals use research-based strategies to improve clarity, connection, and engagement, especially in virtual and asynchronous settings.
